Ingredients 
- Sherry - 30ml
- Bianco vermouth - 30ml
- Angostura bitters - 2 dashes
- Orange bitters - 2 dashes
- Lemon juice - 2 dashes
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ice - 1 handful
Recipe 
- Add the sherry, vermouth, lemon juice and bitters into a shaker with ice.
- Shake until the shaker turns ice cold.
- Strain into a shot glass and garnish with a sprinkle of salt
Top Tips 
- Dry or bianco vrmouth should be used, not sweet or rosso.
- Fino or manzanilla sherry should be used for this drink.
- The oils of lemon and lime rind can be used in addition to the ingredients.
