Description: An upfront fruity flavour on the tongue that is followed by a very subtle, deep earthiness from the various liqueurs.

Ingredients 
- Gin - 25ml
- Benedictine - 10ml
- Grand Marnier - 10ml
- Cherry liqueur - 10ml
- Pineapple juice - 35ml
- Lime juice - 15ml
- Angostura bitters - 2 dashes
- Soda water - to fill
- Orange - 1
- Cherry - 1
- Ice - 1 handful
Recipe 
- Add the gin, Benedictine, Grand Marnier, cherry liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice and bitters into a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until the shaker turns ice cold.
- Strain into a glass over fresh ice, and top up with the soda water.
- Garnish with orange slices and a cherry
Top Tips 
- The Benedictine can be substituted for Chartreuse or Drambuie if it is not available.
- The Grand Marnier can be substituted for Cointreau if it is not available.
- A Maraschino cherry it ideal for this drink
