Ingredients

1. Vodka - 50ml
2. Ginger Beer - 150ml
3. Lime Juice - 25ml
4. Ice - 1 handful
5. Mint - 1 sprig (optional)

Recipe

1. 1. Add a handful of crushed ice to the mug
2. 2. Pour in the vodka & lime then mix
3. 3. Fill to the top with ginger beer and top with mint as garnish

Top Tips

• Use ginger bitters to increase the spiced flavours in the drink
• Ginger ale can be an easy replacement for ginger beer
