Ingredients

1. Dark rum - 25ml
2. Ginger Ale - 100ml
3. Lime - 10ml
4. Ice - 1 handful

Recipe

1. Add a few cubes ice to a glass along with a squeeze off lime juice
2. Pour as many shots of dark rum as you’d like
3. Fill to the top with ginger ale mixer
4. Mix with a stirer and garnish with a wedge of lime

Top Tip

Further garnish of rosemary or mint leaf can be used for extra pizzazz alongside a small amount of grated cinnamon stick.
